October 2024 - Ms Carroll’s Class Celebrate National Tree Day
The boys and girls from Ms. Carroll’s 4th Class went on a scavenger hunt around our woodland walk trail to celebrate National Tree Day.
We were learning all about the Hawthorn tree which is a native Irish tree. We found out that it is a deciduous tree that has sharp thorns and berries. It flowers a beautiful white blossom in May.
