Meditation club is on Thursday during big break for twenty five minutes. It is done in the library.
Ms Hall runs Meditation club. She is very nice and if you like resting, you should try meditation club.
Ms Hall will let you have a warm blanket and two soft cushions.
Do you like waking up after a nice sleep? Well, when you do meditation club it feels twenty times better!
When you go to sleep you normally hit deep sleep five to six times.
If you meditate for twenty minutes it is like hitting deep sleep for one hour!
